My name is Kristine Carpenter.  I'm your upline Advanced Unit Leader with Avon.  I firmly believe that by working as a team, we can all acheive our dreams and goals.  It is my mission to provide each and every member of my team with the best training and support possible. 

My Business

I'm currently an Advanced Unit Leader with AVON,  working toward Executive Unit Leader status.  I'm #3 in leadership for my entire division!!  I have sales and leadership knowledge and experience to help you build your AVON business as large as your dreams. 

It is my goal to acheive Exectutive Unit Leader by helping a minimum of 6 of you to achieve Unit Leader status by August of 2008.

About me...

I initially started AVON in 1998 after my son Dominic was born as a way to make a little extra money while I was staying home with him.  It worked out well for me, I brought him with me for everything.  My focus then was on sales.  I acheived the Presidents Club level of sales acheivement every year, with the exception of my 1st year.  I'm very proud of that acheivement.

In May of 2007, I decided that I want to grow my business into a career level income.  I decided to take on AVON's wonderful Leadership opportunity at that time... After all, the most successful representatives sell, share and show. 

Since deciding to take on AVON's leadership opportunity, I had titled Unit Leader within my 1st 3 campaigns of starting my leadership business (6 weeks!), now only 13 months into it,  I have jumped 2 titles and am currently an Advanced Unit Leader, working toward the Executive Unit Leader title.   I've also claimed the #3 spot in our entire division for leadership!  This means that my organization is the 3rd largest in the division (not district, but division)!  I'm very proud of my acheivments with AVON, and if I can do this, anyone can!

My only regret is that I wish I had taken advantage of the leadership opportunity MUCH sooner!  When I first started in 1998 would have been good... who would have known I'd be so good at this, I was always a shy person prior to AVON.   

I'm very excited about the growth in my business, and what excites me the most is that by HELPING OTHER people grow THEIR business and become successful, I become successful.  I love helping people, so what a perfect fit!   I'd love to help you grow your leadership business (and bonus checks)...
