To start off your journey of personal development, I'd like you to click on the link below.  Sign up for the FREE ezine and download your free MP3 and listen to it. 

Now that you've downloaded your free MP3... listen to it.  Once you've done that, I'd like to see you target your focus on the training available at the AVON website.  These courses will increase your confidence, product knowledge, teach you to increase your sales, as well as develop your leadership skills.  I give you a lot of resources, and additional help, but nothing can replace the knowledge that you will get from these courses. The AVON training courses are vital to your success.  If you are serious about building a successful, profitable AVON business... they're a must! 

Once you've done the free AVON training courses... I'd then like you to start some additional personal development from my reccomended reading list, and the amazing personal development tools at the website I referred you to above. 

Don't feel like you have to do everything all at once.  Make a training plan that fits your schedule... To the right under "Call to Action", I have outlined the AVON courses that you should complete ASAP.  After those are done... set yourself on a schedule to do 1 course a day, or even 2 courses per week if that's all your schedule allows.  Whatever training schedule that you choose... schedule the training time, put it on the calender and stick to it.  It's important for your success.
